Martin LeFevour

Martin LeFevour concentrates his practice in patent litigation and litigation counseling. Mr. LeFevour has represented individuals, small corporations and large corporations in patent, trademark and copyright infringement matters, unfair competition and unfair trade issues, trade secret issues and employer-employee disputes involving ownership of rights to intellectual property. The subject matter of the litigation has been quite diverse, including software and internet-based technologies, financial exchange trading technologies, banking transaction technologies, medical devices, gasoline pumping technologies, cell phone communications and broadcast technologies.

Mr. LeFevour earned his undergraduate degree (B.S.) in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.  After his service in the U.S. Army, Mr. LeFevour earned his law degree (J.D.) from the Northwestern University School of Law.

  • Mr. LeFevour received a Bachelor of Science in 1988 from the United States Military Academy where he graduated as a Distinguished Cadet (Top 3% of the Class).
  • He obtained his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 1996. Mr. LeFevour was the Note and Comment Editor of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology.
